Questions

Do I have to talk to anyone or get on a call?

No, and there is no call at the end either. We build your site from your public listings, email you the live link, and you reply by email with what you want changed. If you would rather phone us, you can, but nothing requires it.

Are the photos on my demo actually mine?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The demo uses illustrated placeholder artwork because we build it before we have spoken to you and we don't have your photos yet. Send us photos of your own jobs and they replace every placeholder before the site goes live. If you have no photos, the illustrations can stay.

How new is LocalSiteHero?

New. We are not going to invent testimonials or a client count to look bigger than we are. That is exactly why the site gets built first and you pay afterwards: you are judging the actual work rather than our promises.

What if I don't like it?

Then don't pay. You see it live before any money changes hands. If you have already paid and change your mind inside 14 days, you get a full refund, no questions.

Do I own the site and the domain?

Yes. Once it is live it is yours: your domain, your content, your files, no ongoing fees to us. If you ever want to move it to someone else, nothing stops you.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. $797 once, and that is the end of it. Hosting a site this size is either free or a few dollars a year, and we will point you at where to do it.

How long does it take?

The demo is normally in your inbox within a day. Once you approve it and send your photos, going live usually takes another day.
